Our History: Steve Berg combined his background in fine arts (BFA, painting VCU 1978) with a life-long love of building and architecture to found Berg Construction in 1981. Since then he and his team of craftsmen have created and transformed hundreds of finely detailed homes in the Richmond area. Our Process: 1. Feasibility studies - A detailed analysis of concepts and costs. We will test the ideas before committing your money and heart to the planning. 2. Planning - This process includes design development as well as specifications, schedules and final pricing. 3. Implementation - With planning complete we will transform your dreams into your home.
