Master Bath & Closet Renovation on Harlan Circle

PROJECT SCOPE:

The main focus of the project is a master bathroom renovation. However, in this particular case, that required the demolition of the master bedroom closet and adjacent guest bedroom closet, which both became a part of the new bathroom space.

The master closet was relocated to an adjacent room on the opposite side of the master bedroom. This room had previously functioned as a nursery, which was no longer necessary. The closet space that had once belonged to the guest bedroom was redistributed for the new master bathroom.

The additional area from the former bedroom closets provided plenty of room for an open and spacious environment. The new bathroom features a vestibule, large double-vanity sink, private toilet room, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

In the guest bedroom, a built-in bed-frame was constructed to better fit the narrow space. built-in storage shelves and drawers were added around the bed to compensate for the lost closet space.
